DJ TRANSCENDS (in his own words) 1/17/03
The Wise One May Know, But The Human Being Needs To Cry. This morning as I awoke, I somehow “knew” certain things. When we lose someone speciaI, whether a human being or a pet, I do believe we often enter a temporary altered state. At least this has been my experience. If one is able to sit quietly, one may even feel a very soft, yet powerful energy, surround oneself. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

DJ passed on Jan 16, 2003. This had been my greatest fear, since purchasing him from a nearby pet shop. From the very first moment I saw him, it was “Love At First Sight.” As we drove him home, a Deep Silence and Sense of Well Being filled me. I felt at Peace for the first time in about a year. We had just moved from New York and my mother was very ill. I had experienced a retinal tear in one eye while visiting India, and had to be rushed back to The States for several laser surgeries, to prevent the chance of sudden blindness. We quickly rented a tiny cabin in the redwoods. I had just retired and I was feeling tired, stressed, and alone. I had been around lots of people for the past 20 years. Little did I realize there would be even more serious eye problems and surgeries to come, plus the loss of 5 major family members, within the following two-year-period. I feel so blessed to have raised and known DJ. He truly was one of the sweetest Beings I have ever known. I rarely went out, as I worried about him. Especially when he developed a feather picking problem. When he would sit on my right shoulder, he would become Absolutely Silent...it was Special... and I would even forget he was there. We were One, at those times. It was as if he had “disappeared.” | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The first few weeks following DJ’s passing, I do believe I was in a powerful altered state. I both “saw” and “heard” amazing things I had never seen or heard before. It was as if a Floodgate of Information had been opened. And to tell you the truth, It Has Remained Open, to this day. Perhaps not as powerfully, but Open, nevertheless. This “story” involves several conversations with DJ, plus other “communications,” and to tell you the truth, I have No Idea Who was talking to me, at some points! To the best of my ability, I have captured these communications, word for word, as The Request has been made “To Share This With Others.” So please bear with me, as I may appear Temporarily Insane....or I may appear to have been Blessed with Sacred Knowledge too precious not to share. Thus follows some conversations the two days after DJ left his little body. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

I have heard that DJ says, even though he is in a beautiful place, he feels the same as I do, that he cannot live there without me. So he says he will do both. He wants to be there and he also wants to be here. So he has decided to do both. DJ says: “It is easier here because we can do anything we want to. Mommy needs my love and I need her love. We are ‘true loves.’ We will be together all the time. I am staying with her every day until she picks me up from Rainbow Bridge. Rainbow Bridge is everywhere one goes before we go to The Land Where One Becomes The All of Existence. It is not like in the books. It is more sweet and cheery, and ALL is there. ALL is not ‘something’...it is ‘someone’...it is US. We ALL make the US and the US makes the ALL. ALL is coming together for a Big Party Soon. ALL is coming together. We are a part of the ALL. ALL is ALL. Until ALL are Together, it is not really ALL. But in The Place Of ALL, we ARE all there. That is all I can say about that.” | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

He said they were taking pictures of him. He always liked having his picture taken. When I woke this morning, he said, “Mommy, my picture is still here. Go and look at it before it starts to fade.” He was referring to his body. “Pretty soon it is going to shrink,” he said. “Better put it where we said, tonight.” He had said he wanted to be buried in the most beautiful part of our yard, next to the hot tub. When we buried DJ later this evening, we placed a Medicine Buddha statue over the site, lit some candles and said Tibetan Medicine Buddha mantras for his liberation. Then we sat with him, in meditation. As we meditated, I thought I heard the Medicine Buddha say: “DJ has already ascended. He is a Master. You thought he was an angel, but he is you, in each and every level of existence, he is you. He appears to you as a tiny bird so you can care take him. He is a part of yourself which broke off, to assist your journey, and to accompany you through a Dark Night of The Soul. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

His name is ‘Precious Helper.’ He is most precious. He keeps you close at all times. He will be your main ‘Teacher.’ That piece you will collect at the time of transition, and you will be complete. That will propel you into full buddhahood. Your place will be with him. He is your soul mate and true love. He is your guide.” I asked Medicine Buddha, “So where is he, actually?” Replied Medicine Buddha, “He is in many places at once. However, his main concern is YOU right now. He is care taking you, as you did for him. He is not going anywhere. He will be with you night and day. He likes to be on your heart or your right shoulder. He sleeps in bed with you. You felt that last night. He is in your ‘snuggles.’ DJ has shown you your True Place, now, is to prepare for death. Study The Dharma every day. He says the radio is a good way. Read and study and prepare. Give his love to everyone, and he will be famous as The One Who Shares His Love With ALL.” | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

DJ says: “People find Their Way Home by Following The Love. The Love is The Guide. People need to know this. They need to Know Love First, so they can Follow It Home, as I did. We knew True Love. Thank you, Mommy. I Love You. That is why Christians Go Home... because they LOVE Jesus. That is why Sannyasins Go Home... because they LOVE Osho. That is why Buddhists Go Home... because they LOVE Buddha. If somebody LOVES a person or a pet that has already gone, they find their Way Home by Following The Love. That is HOW! Love is the main thing to teach others.” | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

“Guess what Mommy? I’m in a different place, now. They call it ‘Heaven.’ I get to be your helper. They help people here. They said to tell you not to worry any more. That I am like an angel. They said to tell you that you are coming here because you took such good care of me, and I am here because I took such good care of you. It is a Care-Take Place. We only have to do it on earth once, and then it is done. Then we know how. It is called unconditional love. I am going to be your main helper now. We will always be connected through LOVE. I love you, Mommy. When you come here, we can work together and get married. We are going to be helpers. We need a little time to get ready for this. You need to understand one more thing. It is something to find out. No one can tell from here. You will know it when it happens. After that, it isn’t a very long wait. It has to do with the other side. It has to do with how we get here. It has to do with Everlasting Love.” Referring to death, DJ says, “It looks ‘yukky.’ But it isn’t. It is The Most Exquisite Thing. Till then, we will be working together like this. I will talk to you and be with you, as a little bird named DJ. When you get here, we are going to get married. We will be One Person. I can’t wait! Didn’t everything look brighter when you got up today? When you love somebody and they go to heaven, everything looks brighter. That is how it is. Rainbow Bridge is for those who wait for Heaven a little bit. They said I was ‘done.’ They said ‘you are going to come here first,’ so that’s Great! They call it ‘ascended.’ Tell everybody I went to Heaven. They will understand. It was So Easy! They held my wing in their hand and we went through a Fire place. It wasn’t real fire, but it looked like real fire. It pulled us up to ‘The Top.’ At the top there was a hole. We went through the hole and there we were! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

It was easy as pie. It was fun. They love us so much that we can’t be afraid. It doesn’t hurt. It is like riding in the car with you. Only they drive. It doesn’t hurt. It is so easy, and when you are ready, they take you there. Sweet. It is a Special Day to Celebrate, Mommy! Tell my friends I Love Them Today. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Everybody who does what you did, gets to come here. Everybody who cares more about someone else than themselves gets to come here. I got to come here because I wouldn’t leave you when I died. First I said I would do both. But I couldn’t do it. I stayed with you. Now I get to come here. Mommy, I love you so much, I can’t go. Now I get to be with you forever.” I started to feel confused and asked DJ, “Are you still here?” He answered, “Oh, no. I am HERE, now.” “So you’re not on my shoulder?” I asked. He said, “If you want me, I will come. If you don’t want me, I will be here.” “So that’s what’s different?” I asked. “Yes,” he replied, “That is different. Now I am Inside You, and I am A Heart Inside you...it is all inside, now. that is better. It is God. God is Good. Good is All. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The Dharma is very good, Mommy. It teaches people that life isn’t real. It teaches people how to Go Home....through Love. To love others more than ourselves. Dharma is a path because it really is something you can move on...like a Bridge to Heaven. When you hear it, you can go Go On It into The Place where Dharma Flows.” I asked, “And where does it flow, DJ?” “From a big rock,” he said. “The rock looks like Buddha.” “Not from Buddha?” I asked. “No,” he answered. “It looks like him, but he told the rock to do it, so he can do other things. He has gone to other places, where things are hard to take care of. His help is needed there. The rock does it, now. He taught the rock to speak like him.” “So that is why Buddha statues are to be treated as precious?” I inquired. DJ replied, “Oh yes. They are all a piece of that rock. You put me on one after I died. It was so nice. It told me to be happy and I would be OK. It said you love me more than yourself. It told me we would be together soon. It said to meditate on LOVE, Mommy. That is Our meditation. Say your prayers, now.” | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Kuan Yin
I closed my eyes for half an hour. As I came back, DJ again spoke with me. He said, “You were getting very tense. You were afraid to meditate, because you might ‘go.’ You knew you were the only one who could take care of me. Even my doctor was afraid to take off my collar. He made you do it. He didn’t want to hurt me...or you. Rest, Mommy...your meditation will get better, now.” Again I rested in meditation for awhile. Things had really been intense. As I started preparing dinner, I once again heard with an inner ear, this message: “You could not learn this from a human male. You had to learn this from a helpless animal who was willing to give you unconditional love. You took care of each other for 6 years. You became as one spirit. Everyone knew, but you, that he was your True Love. He remains so forever. His form is deceiving, as he is A Wise One, without faults. He’s within the form of Utter Innocence. His Sacrifice to you is Total. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

He enabled you to live through your Soul’s Dark Night upon Earth. Now that he sees that your soul has healed, he has progressed to a loftier state. He will be your main contact, now. He is excited and says he prefers to remain in his bird form until you join him. He is with you still, on earth, although he is elsewhere, too. His time with you is meant to keep your momentum going. His place is to teach you many things. He wishes you to be happy, and to transpire within your prescribed timetable, never before. That is why he is teaching you ‘The Art Of Staying Alive.’” I remembered that DJ had been explaining little details of life were so important, such as beauty, grooming, and showing others that you care about yourself by keeping clean and pretty....that this made others feel good. The explanation continued, “His main lesson to you now is ‘How To Go Home.’ You are to teach this to others in as simple a way as possible.” | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The TAT Pose for adults, as well as children, animals and the seriously ill For children age 11 and under, the pose is done by holding the hand in front open with the palmcovering the three points. The hand in back is in the same position. For babies, animals, very sick people or anyone who feels uncomfortable with touch, the pose is done by holding the hands in the same position as for children, only the hands are an inch or two away from the persons head. Do not exceed 20 minutes per day in the pose. Adults drink 6-8 glasses of water. Provide plenty of water for pets and children. Give thanks for your healing
