Notes from the Aha! Underground

(Pure Nonsense, Divine Madness, What's Its-Who's Its, Etc. An ongoing project of Improving Myself...this is a kind of personal journaling, an example of "Rants" and "stuff" in my head which need to come out. Most of it is pretty funny. Please have patience with me, Dear Reader.)

Democracy, Perpetrators and Victims

I find it of Utmost Interest lately, that most people seem to Venerate the Prepetrators and Humiliate the Victims in alot of situations. Most people, it seems, do not want to listen to a valid complaint by someone who has been the victim in a situation. The more emotional the victim appears, the less they are believed and helped. It is the calm perpetrtator who is most often believed, venerated, and then Crowned with Glory for their Composure is a difficult situation. This is especially true when the crime has been premeditated. Bullys seem to enjoy harming those who appear weaker than themselves. And they remember those they have bullied in the past. Faced with a stonger opponent, usually an Authority Figure, a bully may quickly change to cowardice or siding with the authority figure, in order to feel powerful and avoid blame. Bullies, I believe, are interested in revenge against those who have bullied them in the past. So they go looking for what they think is "a weakling" to take it out on.

The United States Constitution guarantees that "a person is Innocent until Proven Guilty."

Something to think about.

12.4.06

I kept hearing some (inner) commentary the past 2 days. It went something like this:

"Turn that ring tone off!"

On other occassions the past 2 days, I heard something a little different which went something like this: "You are my favorite female."

Then as I was walking my dog, I heard that last comment again. And I have been laughing ever since. Because I realized I have been wearing a necklace with tiny chimes the past 2 days!!! My parakeet was really, really annoyed hearing the chimes all day long. And my dog was telling me in a very dog-like fashion that he found me attractive. Get it? I sounded like I was wearing a dog collar.

OK...we're ALL a bit weird these days.

Today I asked a Redwood Tree, "How are we doing?"

He answered, "Mother Earth is taking A Breather. The next 8-10 years a Consciousness Leap will happen."

"Incense" in an intersting word. Past tense is "incensed."

What do you think?

16. M.I.N.T. Millions In No Time.

Have you heard about the New Mints from The Unemployed Philosopher's Guild?

Interestingly, I received TWO "Atone Mints" for Christmas this year. No Idea Why. Wish they came with instructions. I asked, got a chuckle or two and no answer.

Luckily, I also received ONE "Enlighten Mint" too.

My feeling is that anything with a "MINT" in it, is automatically subject to suspiscion.

Today I thought I'd make up some Mints of my own:

1. "I Mint To Says."

2. "Astonish Mints."

3. "Hey Wait A Mint!"

4. "Mint By Mint By Mint By Mint."

5. "Postpone Mints."

6. "DisAppoint Mints."

7. 'Embarrass Mints." (The etymology of this one sounds interesting).

8. "A-Band-on Mints." (Mmmm)

9. "Mint Tors."

10. "Harass Mints."

11. "Content Mints."

12. "Re Zen t Mints."

13. "Dis-Ill-Usion Mints."

14. "An-Ounce Mints."

15. "Mint-al Anguish."

16. "Em Power Mint."

17. "En Joy Mints."

18. Commit Mints.

How about "Cough Drops?" The package should read: "your cough will drop." Or "drop your cough in this package." Or...even better, "Little Drops of Cough For Sale."

Get Well Soon!

Oh..BTW, My Very Favorite Author is Fyodor Dostoyevsky. I have a Very Strong Attraction to his novel The Idiot. Also of Tremendous Interest were his other works, The Brothers Karamazov and Notes from The Underground, in particular.
